Whether you have a regular practice, a not so regular practice or are looking to start with the basics, I warmly invite you to join me for a well rounded Hatha Yoga Class. 

My classes are upbeat, heartfelt, challenging, nurturing, inspiring, and in the end, relaxing. 

Classes are held in the Southwest area of Austin, Texas at the Ancient Yoga Center.  Come and experience the unique and peaceful atmosphere.
